Membership Status

Member List Records will be published on September 1st 2026.  Waitlisted applications will be considered on September 10th 2026.  Please check back later to verify and confirm your membership. 

This is a public copy of our records, and is considered official.  It's a real-time updated version of our real records.  Currently, we're accepting up to 110 members to preserve the quality of the club court time.  We believe that is what is best for the members.  We don't want the members sitting off every other rotation.  With respect to the coaching, when you see the word candidate, we're either making sure there is space available, or we require a skill assessment before accepting.

• Basic Membership payment is expected to be sent and received by September 20th 2026.

• Coaching Class payment is expected to be sent and received by September 20th 2026.

• All payments must be sent via eTransfer to htbc@htbc.club.

• If payment is not received by the deadline, we will assume that you will not be returning to the club and your spot will open to the public.
