Membership Application

This page is for applying as an HTBC member.  It is one step of the registration.  After the registration is received, track your status on the member-list page.  Once accepted as a member or student, please submit payment.  eTransfer payment cna be send to: htbc@htbc.club.

Note: do not send us payment until you have a confirmed status.

Pre-registration for the 2026-2027 season will open for previous and legacy HTBC members.  If you were not a previous HTBC member from the 2025-2026 season, you will be placed on our waitlist.  Please fill in the form below to register for the membership/waitlist.  General registration for the public and waitlisted applicants will open at the end of October after legacy membership signup is complete.

Please note that this year we will NOT be accepting any guests.  This is to make sure that all of our members get equal and fair playing time.

Membership Breakdown

• Basic Membership will give you access to play recreational badminton in the main cafetorium gym from 9am-3pm beginning September 13th 2026 to June 6th 2027.  Our schedule is listed on the schedule page and our play system is listed on the Play System page.  OCSB has the right to change/modify the permit.  In other words, it's possible one of the Sundays might be cancelled.  We will make sure to communicate any cancellations to you in a timely manner.

• Coaching classes led by Devon Hamilton will be held in the wooden-floored gym every Sunday, and classes are 1-hour time slots starting from 9am-2pm split between age groups.  An advanced class is available (all ages welcome) at the 9am-10am time slot.  Spots in each class are limited!  This is to ensure that all of our students get equal coaching opportunity.

• *NOTE: Coaching Programs do not include a Basic Membership.  Coaching and Basic Memberships must be purchased separately.

• NEW FOR THIS YEAR:  Coaching Programs will operate in 2 terms.  Term 1 will be from September 13th 2026 to January 17 2027.  Term 2 will be from January 24 2027 to May 30th 2027.  Each term will have 12 guaranteed classes.
